Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Shawnee, KS, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Commercial Refrigeration & HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration and HVAC systems, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring systems operate at peak efficiency. The role involves working closely with clients to install and maintain energy‑efficient technologies, while complying with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to diagnose and address system issues effectively
• Proficiency in plumbing and electricity for installation and repair of refrigeration and HVAC equipment
• EPA certification and knowledge of environmental safety regulations
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail to ensure high‑quality repairs and installations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
