• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Exposure to
  : varying weather conditions, in-store temperatures from 36 to 90+ degrees, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk-in cooler, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees, sharp edges and moving parts, and weather conditions during delivery.

• Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces; far and night vision for driving.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

• Must be available 2 out of 3 weeks days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and drive to succeed.

• Standing
  :
  Most tasks are performed from a standing position; work surfaces 36"-48" high.
• Walking
  :
  Deliveries require travel between store, delivery vehicle and customer location; paperwork may be completed in an office.
• Lifting
  :
  Deliveries may include cases up to 50 pounds; pallets up to 72" high.
• Carrying
  :
  Various weights including cans and pizzas during deliveries.
• Pushing
  :
  Move trays on dollies; stack height ~24"-30" with up to 7.5 pounds push force.
• Climbing
  :
  Occasional stairs or ladders for maintenance or pricing changes; up to five flights during delivery.
• Crouching / Squatting
  :
  Occasional to stock shelves or clean low areas.
• Reaching
  :
  Frequent reaching; occasional above 72" reach for oven controls, signage, or stocking.
• Driving
  :
  Deliver pizzas within designated area; multiple deliveries per shift.
• Tools
  :
  Pencils, calculators, computers, telephones, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
• Driving Specific Duties
  :
  Deliver product by car to customer door and distribute flyers/door hangers.
• Requires
  :
  Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
