Operations Support Analyst

Overview

Operations Support Analyst | Hybrid 2 days in office. Our client is a fast growing insurance broker who is seeking a highly organized, systems-driven Operations Support Analyst to support internal workflows, system functionality, reporting accuracy, vendor oversight, and staff training initiatives. This role supports operations, systems, training, and process improvement, ideal for someone who enjoys making processes cleaner, smarter, and more efficient.

• Learn and support internal systems (including Walt) and serve as a go-to internal resource
• Test and validate system updates and automation rules
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements
• Maintain internal forms, workflow tools, and documentation
• Develop SOPs, FAQs, guides, checklists, and training videos
• Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives
• Prepare recurring operational reports with high accuracy
• Validate data integrity and analyze trends
• Manage vendor oversight (RSP and operational partners)
• Train and audit vendor performance
• Support cross-functional initiatives across underwriting, service, and IT
• Maintain user permissions and safeguard sensitive data

• Strong Excel (Power BI a plus)
