We’re hiring a Commercial Estimator to support preconstruction and bidding efforts for a growing commercial GC.
What You’ll Do- Review drawings, specs, and scopes of work
- Solicit and analyze subcontractor bids
- Work closely with project managers and leadership during precon
- 3+ years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and materials
- Experience with takeoffs, budgeting, and bid leveling
- Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
- Medical insurance

- 401(k)
- Working in an onsite setting
- 3+ years of work experience with Construction Estimating
- 3+ years of work experience with General Contracting
