Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
The Elections Administrative Specialist works closely with the Deputy of Elections in managing correspondence, communication, and data for national and state elections.
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
* Process service applications
* Answering incoming calls and inquiries
* Process incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Collecting and compiling surveys
* Assist administration in national and state elections
* Completing special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will be well-organized, with exceptional time management skills and will be able to work independently and exercise judgment, in addition to the following:
* Ability to complete tasks accurately and timely.
* Office work experience or similar role.
* Communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing.
* Excellent MS Office knowledge.
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
* Discretion and confidentiality.
* High School degree. Some college or college degree preferred.
* Must possess a positive attitude.
