Shipping & Receiving - 1st Shift

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Shipping and Receiving Specialist. In this role you will load and unload trucks, transfer products between warehouse locations, stock and conduct inventory counts, and perform general warehouse duties that involve heavy use of Excel and physical labor. This position is essential to efficient operations and to maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Pay: Starting at $24/hr plus quarterly bonuses, profit sharing and a $2,000 hiring bonus after 90 days.
• Schedule: 8 am – 4 pm Monday‑Friday.

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other equipment.
• Transfer products between main and storage warehouses.
• Receive and put away inventory accurately.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records.
• Identify and resolve recurring stock‑out issues.
• Drop off and pick up parts/materials from vendors.
• Coordinate repair and restocking of used parts.
• Evaluate items for stock vs. non‑stock status.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
• Provide excellent internal customer service and promote teamwork.

• Frequent foot and hand use, reaching, sitting, standing, and lifting up to 60 lbs.

• High School Diploma or GED (we can help through our free GED program).
• Ability to read and understand instructions and measurements.
• Basic math skills.
• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse or related field.
• ISO experience or training preferred.
