Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months - Location:
Shawano, WI Onsite - Start Date:
May 2026
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Engineering or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software:
Excel, Word, and Power Point - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to succeed in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- AutoCAD experience.
- Lead 1–2 small safety projects from start to finish, including design, coordination, and implementation
- Work directly with operations, vendors, and fabricators to align project scope and execution
- Assist with design and specification of equipment for the HEL2 / bar line consolidation project
- Create and modify designs in Solid Works; support development of fabrication-ready drawings
- Observe and learn about foundry equipment, material flow, and process fundamentals
- Summarize contributions in a final presentation to site leadership
