    Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months

What We’re Looking For:
  • Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Engineering or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software:
    Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to succeed in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • AutoCAD experience.
What You’ll Focus On:
  • Lead 1–2 small safety projects from start to finish, including design, coordination, and implementation
  • Work directly with operations, vendors, and fabricators to align project scope and execution
  • Assist with design and specification of equipment for the HEL2 / bar line consolidation project
  • Create and modify designs in Solid Works; support development of fabrication-ready drawings
  • Observe and learn about foundry equipment, material flow, and process fundamentals
  • Summarize contributions in a final presentation to site leadership
