* What We’re Looking For:

*** Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Engineering or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
* Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software:
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
* Ability to succeed in a team environment.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks.

* Preferred Experience:

*** Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
* AutoCAD experience.
** What You’ll Focus On:
*** Preventive Maintenance Planning: participate in daily maintenance planning meetings.
* Help schedule and execute preventive maintenance tasks, gaining insight into reliability engineering and asset management.
* Data-Driven Problem Solving: collect and analyze downtime and performance data. Use real-world metrics to support decisions on maintenance priorities and improvements.
* CMMS Interaction, Update, and manage work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
* Learn how digital tools support maintenance workflows and asset tracking.
* Safety Walkthroughs & Compliance Checks: join safety inspections and learn how OSHA standards are applied in an industrial setting. Help document findings and support corrective actions.
* Preventive Maintenance Optimization:
Analyze current PM schedules and recommend improvements based on downtime data, equipment history and OEM documentation.
* CMMS Enhancement:
