$17.50/hour |Full-Time | Cannabis Industry | Must be 21+
Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a role in the fast‑growing cannabis industry? Buddies is hiring Full‑time Packagers to join our production team in Shasta Lake, CA. This is a hands‑on position in a high‑volume environment where quality and consistency are key. If you're motivated, reliable, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:- Accurately label and package cannabis products in accordance with daily work orders
- Maintain individual production quotas and meet daily packaging goals
- Assist with other production tasks such as fill station support, as assigned
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
- Arrive on time, ready to contribute to a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols at all times
- Must be 21 years of age or older (State law requirement)
- Prior experience in high‑volume production or packaging is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Valid driver's license or state‑issued
