Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Power Generator Technician located in Sharonville, OH. The Power Generator Technician will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing power generation systems and related equipment. The role involves performing diagnostics, ensuring equipment is operational, and adhering to industry safety standards. Additional tasks include conducting routine preventative maintenance and providing excellent customer service during equipment evaluations or repairs.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing power generation equipment and related systems.
  • Experience in preventative maintenance and ensuring the reliability of power systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, diesel engines, and generator technology.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to safety protocols.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Technical certifications, such as ASE or factory‑specific training, are advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional vocational or technical training preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet local regulatory requirements for the role.
