- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and internal leadership
- Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Set and manage project goals across safety, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction
- Partner with Safety Director to enforce jobsite safety standards
- Conduct monthly project safety inspections
- Ensure quality control processes are implemented and followed
- Review proposals, drawings, and contracts to define execution strategy
- Develop and manage baseline schedules with Superintendents/Schedulers
- Continuously update schedules and adjust plans as conditions change
- Oversee job cost setup, subcontracts, purchase orders, and project buyout
- Manage project margins through cost tracking and variance analysis
- Review pay applications, change orders, and invoicing
- Identify, manage, and resolve claims with subcontractors and suppliers
- Mentor Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field staff
- Hold teams accountable for performance, safety, and hiring practices
- Foster collaboration and document best practices for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with insurance, labor, EEO, DBE, and tax regulations
- Direct timely project close-out and ensure full compensation is received
