Structural Steel Project Leader

(AISC Fabrication and Erection)

Join a renowned full-service steel contractor specializing in innovative design, engineering, fabrication, and erection of steel and pre-cast tilt wall projects within the commercial and industrial sectors. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to become an essential part of our dynamic team. If you have strong experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection, we want to hear from you!

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the structural steel industry
• Proven background in ground-up steel construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of current AISC structural codes and standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents effectively
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Manage and oversee project budgets and schedules diligently
• Monitor and review any changes in project scope
• Ensure all costs for materials, labor, and equipment are correctly estimated
• Assist in the development and implementation of cost-effective strategies

• Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $125,000
