LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist for a contract‑to‑hire opportunity with our client in Cincinnati, OH. This is a great role for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and supporting daily office operations in a polished, corporate environment.

Responsibilities
  • Unlock and open the suite each morning for guests, staff, and deliveries
  • Answer and route all incoming calls to the appropriate departments
  • Prepare coffee for meetings and maintain a clean, welcoming break area
  • Order lunch for scheduled meetings and manage delivery timing
  • Monitor the shared inbox
    , forwarding messages and responding through Outlook
  • Greet all visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Provide general administrative and front office support as needed
  • 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
  • Fully onsite role based in Cincinnati, OH
  • Professional office setting with regular team interaction
Compensation
  • $18–$22 per hour
    , commensurate with experience
Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and standard office software
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
