Overview
Foremost at Sharon is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to high-quality resident care and strong clinical leadership, and we are currently seeking an experienced and confident RN Supervisor to join our team for the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shift
, working 32 hours per week with every other weekend
.
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the evening shift
- Support nursing staff and ensure safe, effective resident care
- Act as the clinical resource for assessments, issues, and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Communicate shift updates and concerns to leadership
- Active RN license in good standing
- Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Long-term care experience strongly preferred
