We are a multinational logistics company with operations in Sharjah, seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the movement of goods and materials through various modes of transportation, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. This position requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stock movements
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on shipment status
• Identify areas for cost savings and implement strategies to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of logistics operations

• Fluency in English is required
• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Flexibility to work on shifts as needed
• Indian nationality preferred

The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
