Logistics Coordinator (Malayalee/Egyptian preferred)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.

• Plan and track shipments from origin to destination
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders
• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading and customs declarations
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
• Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates and resolve any issues that may arise

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, regulations, and documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software systems

• Fluency in Malayalam or Arabic (for Malayalee or Egyptian candidates)
• Experience working in the UAE logistics industry
