This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician. The technician will perform day-to-day tasks including diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC-related issues, conducting repairs, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring optimal operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role also involves working with other systems such as plumbing and electricity to maintain resort facilities in excellent condition.

The technician will be expected to respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues effectively
• Strong knowledge and experience with preventive maintenance and plumbing systems
• Understanding of and experience with electricity-related tasks within HVAC maintenance
• EPA certification and familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a hospitality or resort setting is an advantage
• Vocational training or certification in HVAC or a related field is preferred
