Panworld Education is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Educational Consultant – Sales & Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, possess a strong background in educational marketing, and be capable of extensive travel to promote the publishers represented by Panworld Education.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote K–12 publishers represented by Panworld Education within assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, administrators, educators, and key decision-makers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations for K–12 publications, both in-person and virtually.
Represent Panworld Education at educational conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth delivery of services.
Provide timely reports on sales activities, marketing initiatives, and customer feedback to the reporting manager.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree, preferably in Education or a related field.
Proven experience in K–12 sales and/or marketing.
Strong sales acumen with the ability to design and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
