Sales - Sanmuwell

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Market Development & Business Expansion

  Conduct local market research to analyze industry trends, competition, and customer needs;

  Develop and implement regional sales strategies;

  Identify and acquire new customers, including distributors, agents, and end clients;

  Participate in international exhibitions and business meetings to drive brand localization.

• 2. Client Relationship Management

  Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic partners;

  Conduct regular client visits to address business challenges and ensure smooth cooperation;

  Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure prompt customer support, including order fulfillment and complaint resolution.

• 3. HQ liaison

  Collaborate closely with headquarters or regional offices, providing regular market updates and sales reports.

• 1. Resident in the local market
  :
  Must reside in the target market country with strong knowledge of local language, culture, and business environment; professional English business communication required.
• 2. Sales Experience
  :
  Prior sales experience in pet diagnostics, pet healthcare, pet products preferred; candidates with strong interpersonal and sales skills from other industries will also be considered.
• 3. Industry Connections
  :
  Direct access to local pet hospitals, veterinary chains, diagnostic labs, distributors, or agents preferred; proven sales success is a plus.
• 4. Self-Starter
  :
  Ability to independently develop the market, acquire clients, execute sales plans, and meet performance targets with support from headquarters.
