Retail Sales Executive

. We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you’ll do?

• Facilitate the sale of new vehicles on behalf of the brand
• Record and manage each enquiry in dealer management system, demonstrating proactive follow up
• Ensure the customer transaction is seamless, meeting the customer expectations of experience within the timely manner
• Support the line manager to maximize the profitability of each sale
• Support the customer in the understanding of the process and requirements to fulfil the purchase of a new vehicle

Who you are?

• Having a Diploma in any discipline
• Possessing exceptional customer service skills, with 3-5 years of experience in sales and excellent negotiating skills
• Problem solving and handling complex situations
• Knowledge of product and sales process
