We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at Al Riyadah Facility Management

📌 Experience
Required:
2–3 Years
- ✔️ Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- ✔️ Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits & brokers
- ✔️ Present company services and prepare business proposals
- ✔️ Build and maintain strong client relationships
- ✔️ Explain fees, processes & documentation clearly
- ✔️ Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction
- • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- • Experience in transactions clearance, government or PRO services (preferred)
- • Strong communication & negotiation skills (Arabic & English)
- • Proficiency in MS Office
- • UAE residency required
- • Driving license required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related digital applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
