Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales / Speciality Chemicals across GCC and African markets.
- Identify and on board new customers, distributors and traders in specific industries like, Home Care, Personal Care, Pharma, Agro, Oil Field etc...
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Generate leads, negotiate prices, finalize contracts and close deals independently.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing dynamics in the Chemical industry.
- Coordinate with principals/manufacturers on product availability, specifications and commercial terms.
- Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments and customer feedback.
- Represent the company at industry meetings, exhibitions and customer visits as required.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Proven experience in Speciality Chemical sales in GCC and African markets.
- Strong existing customer network.
- Proven track record in B2B Chemical Sales.
- Self-driven, result-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiar with import/export trade regulations.
- Ability to work on a freelance, performance-based model.
- UAE Driving License
