Role Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Field Sales Representative to act as a primary point of contact for our growing client base. This role focuses on strategic relationship management and the identification of new business opportunities within the industrial sector.

Note on Technical Scope

This is a business-development-focused role. To ensure maximum efficiency in the field, all technical specifications, engineering assessments, and formal quotations are managed by our specialized in-house technical team.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and engage prospective clients within the industrial, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends and project developments to identify potential demand for fluid conveyance solutions.
  • Lead Management: Accurately gather client requirements and facilitate seamless communication with the internal technical department for processing.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the professional reputation of Royal Pipes Trading L.L.C in all field interactions and corporate meetings.
Qualifications
  • Linguistic Proficiency:
    Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in field sales or a client-facing business development role, preferably within the UAE industrial market.
  • Interpersonal

    Skills:

    Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interface professionally with procurement managers and site engineers alike.
  • Compliance: Must possess a valid UAE Driver’s License and have the mobility required for consistent daily field activity.
