Shift: 6 AM to 3 PM
Mid
Shift: 11 AM to 8 PM
Evening Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM
The Member Experience Executive is responsible for delivering a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience while playing a key role in driving revenue through the proactive sale of memberships, class packages, and private sessions. This position supports the day-to-day operations of a massive sports and wellness hub with a high-end member base, ensuring seamless client service and premium guest experiences. The representative is expected to consistently embody luxury service standards, providing every guest with a personalized and high-quality experience.
The ideal candidate is highly sales-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets. Arabic speakers are preferred for this role.
- 2+ years in sales or customer service (fitness/wellness/hospitality industry preferred).
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, admin systems).
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Knowledge of sports or wellness concepts a plus.
- Familiarity with booking systems.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Arabic Speaking is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills, able to engage with diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Flexibility with shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Well presented with clear speech, physically active, energetic.

- Promote and sell gym memberships to prospective clients.
- Conduct tours of the facility and explain membership benefits.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of gym services, promotions, and pricing.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
- Previous experience in sales, fitness, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
