Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Sharjah for a Sealants and Adhesive Key Accounts position. The role involves managing relationships with key accounts, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and driving business growth for sealants and adhesive products. Additionally, the role includes market analysis, identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through top‑notch service and support.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Demonstrated sales, business development, and account management expertise, especially in the adhesive and sealants industry
  • Analytical and market research abilities to identify market trends and business opportunities
  • Familiarity with the construction and manufacturing industries, including the use and application of sealants and adhesives
  • Proficiency in planning and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Educational background in business, marketing, or a related field, with relevant experience in the industry
  • Ability to work in a team‑oriented, on‑site environment while achieving organizational goals
  • Experience in international sales and knowledge of GCC and global markets is a plus
