Job Purpose:
The Partnership Consultant is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies through our channel partners.
Key Responsibilities- Generates revenue by managing incoming sales inquiries from different channel partners.
- Trains and develops business set up firms/ new consultants to maximize number of sales in the market.
- Regularly visits new and existing channel partners and updates the brief of the meeting on CRM (ZOHO). Also addresses their challenges and resolves them.
- Must have a minimum number of 35 meetings with channel partners per month, meetings should be added in ZOHO with proof (photos).
- Educates channel partners with information related to company set-up formation, suitable business activities, eligibilities, free zones rules, terms and conditions or any new changes.
- Regular communication with Channel Partners to make sure that the relationship with the Free zone is good.
- Attends events and business networks to maximize number of channel partners.
- Achieves monthly sales targets.
- Masters the product information and competitive packages.
- Always maintains a positive attitude and ensures that every customer is handled with respect and professionalism.
- Provides monthly report on the number of sales.
- Coordinates between Compliance team and Operations Team to facilitate clients’ requirements.
- Analyzes market competition by conducting regular mystery shopping with free zones/competitors.
- Actively involved in delivering excellent sales/customer service to the consultants daily; maintains high conversion rates.
- Assists consultants from initial inquiry, requirements to incorporate the company and visa related fees.
- Provides straightforward, transparent, and accurate information related to the requirements of the client.
- Prepares reports as required and/or requested by the line manager.
