Overview
Telemarketer cum Counselor for an academic institute in Sharjah near Rolla location. This full-time position requires outbound telemarketing to promote scholastic programs, achieve targets, and provide customer-counseling support.
Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective students and persuade them to enroll or inquire about programs.
- Meet or exceed daily/ monthly targets and KPIs.
- Counsel and guide customers on programs and admissions processes.
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
- Experience:
telemarketer with at least 3 years (Needed). - Language:
English (Required);
Malayalam or Hindi preferred. - Fluency in English; ability to communicate clearly with customers.
- Eligibility to work in Sharjah with valid residence visa.
- Job Type: Full Time
- Salary: AED 1,500 - 2,000 monthly (standard + incentive as applicable)
- Location:
Sharjah (near Rolla) - Ability to commute/relocate:
Sharjah (preferred)
