Coordinator Sales - Business Development Department

Job Summary:

The role involves managing and coordinating sales operations to ensure smooth order processing, timely collections, and strong customer relationships. The position requires close collaboration with the sales, supply chain, and technical teams to monitor sales targets, follow up on payments and orders, and maintain accurate customer data. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient communication between departments and contribute to achieving company sales and collection objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with the sales team to ensure monthly targets are met
  • Send reminders to customers for upcoming payments (CDCs/PDCs)
  • Control collection from customers
  • Follow up on overdue payments with customers
Order Management & Follow-Up
  • Check the order book weekly and follow up with customers on existing orders
  • Follow up with customers on new orders
  • Control orders from customers/sales team and forward to customer service
Supply Chain Coordination
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain (SC) regarding PIs, deliveries, and customer communication
  • Specify item names for new orders and send to SC, coordinating with the technical team
Customer Data Management
  • Keep customer KYC files up to date
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, order management, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
