Overview
A global well-being company in Sharjah is seeking a Sales Manager to drive store sales through efficient operations and staff management. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of retail experience, with at least 3 in a supervisory role. This is a full-time position at a mid-senior level.
Responsibilities- Drive store sales through efficient operations and staff management.
- Monitor sales and inventory to ensure availability and accuracy.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service.
- Coach and develop the store team to improve performance.
- 5-7 years of retail experience, with at least 3 in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
