- Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience in apparel merchandising or retail buying.
- Strong knowledge of the apparel industry.
- Proficiency in merchandising software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills庆.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
- Attention to detail with a creative and strategic approach to merchandising.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with both wholesale and retail markets.
- Knowledge of fabric sourcing and production processes.
- Familiarity with digital merchandising and e‑commerce platforms.
