We are looking for a Sushi Commis Chef to join our kitchen team immediately.

• Previous experience in sushi preparation is preferred
• Basic knowledge of sushi ingredients, knife skills, and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment
• Team player with a positive attitude

• Assist in preparation of sushi, rolls, and other Japanese dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Ensure quality and consistency of food preparation
