- Ensure all dishes are prepared timely and efficiently.
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Monitor the quality of ingredients used during preparation and cooking.
- Assist in developing menus based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- At least 2 years experience as a Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen setting is required.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations is essential.
- Prior experience with international cuisine is highly desirable.
- Excellent knife skills is necessary.
