- Effectively manage a team of chefs; demonstrate strong communication skills; delegate duties and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain positive attitude, dedication, and enthusiasm; lead from the front; ensure efficient day-to-day kitchen operations.
- At least three years of experience as an Executive Chef in a busy kitchen.
- Excellent culinary skills and passion for creating innovative dishes that delight customers.
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak service periods; strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, dedication, enthusiasm, and leadership abilities.
Salary of 1300 per month with potential for growth based on performance. Open to considering immigrant candidates with the relevant qualifications and experience.
