Overview
Indian Pastry Chef. We are seeking a skilled Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Sharjah. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key to producing high-quality and visually appealing desserts. You must have a thorough knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$. Only Indian nationals need apply.
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Develop new dessert ideas and seasonal menus.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station.
- Monitor portion control and waste; manage time effectively in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience in pastry or bakery.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and creative skills.
