We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving all coffee drinks with a high level of quality and customer service.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in a similar role, as well as excellent knowledge of coffee-making techniques. They should also be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Above all, the candidate must possess outstanding customer service skills and be passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso-based beverages such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, etc.

• Ensure that beverages are made according to recipes and standards of presentation.

• Take orders from customers and understand their needs quickly and accurately.

• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and attentive to customers’ needs.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

• Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food or beverages.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role

• Excellent knowledge of coffee-making techniques

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Ability to recite the menu from memory
