• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience in real estate sales and consultation, minimum of 3 years.
• Strong understanding of property market dynamics and economic principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and database management systems.
• A valid real estate consultant license or certification is required.
