We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hygiene, appearance, and overall well‑being of pets through professional grooming services, while ensuring a safe, calm, and positive experience for every animal and owner.

• Perform full grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, trimming, clipping, and styling.
• Safely handle pets of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
• Conduct basic health checks (skin, coat, ears, nails) and report any concerns to the veterinary team.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of grooming areas, tools, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and advise pet owners on grooming needs and aftercare.
• Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Manage appointments efficiently and ensure timely service delivery.
• Upsell grooming packages and related products when appropriate.

• Proven experience as a Pet Groomer.
• Knowledge of breed‑specific grooming techniques.
• Ability to handle animals gently and confidently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and high hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in pet grooming is an advantage.
