Core Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses closely.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner within electronic health records.
- Educate and support patients and families regarding health management and treatment plans.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols to maintain a high-quality care environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent qualification.
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. - Strong clinical and assessment skills, with the ability to prioritize patient needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Prior experience in a clinical nursing role is preferred but not mandatory for new graduates.
