Key Responsibilities
* Provide specialized and compassionate nursing care to critically ill neonates in the NICU.
* Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed.
* Collaborate effectively with physicians, neonatologists, and other healthcare team members.
* Educate and support parents/guardians regarding their infant’s condition and care plan.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records while ensuring patient confidentiality.
* Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, providing immediate intervention.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
* Valid nursing license in the United Arab Emirates or eligibility for licensure.
* Strong passion for neonatal care and commitment to working with infants and their families.
* Excellent observational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
