An interior fit-out and joinery manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Joinery Production Supervisor / Foreman to lead factory operations in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of supervisory experience in joinery, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of materials such as MDF and laminate. Responsibilities include managing production activities, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining quality standards.
UAE experience is preferred.
