Overview
Job Title: Production Manager – Joinery & Small Metal Fabrication
Location: Sharjah UAE
Industry: Interior Fit-Out | Joinery | Light Metal Fabrication
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities- Prepare manpower plan, manage, and control daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Ensure maximum productivity of manpower, machines, and shop resources
- Monitor production output vs. targets and take corrective action on delays
- Coordinate with Design, Project, and Procurement teams for smooth workflow
- Oversee joinery production (MDF, veneer, laminate, solid wood) and light metal fabrication
- Implement production efficiency systems, SOPs, and KPI tracking
- Ensure on-time completion of jobs as per approved project timelines
- Control material wastage, rework, and quality issues
- Manage factory supervisors, foremen, and technicians
- Maintain HSE, housekeeping, and quality standards
- Provide daily and weekly production progress reports to management
- Production Productivity
- Project Timelines & Delivery Commitments
- Quality & Minimal Rework
- Material & Cost Control
- Manpower Utilization
- Minimum 7–10 years experience in Joinery & Small Metal Fabrication Production
- Strong experience in factory workflow & production planning
- CNC, panel saw, edge banding, spray painting operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership, reporting, and coordination skills
- Experience in ERP or production tracking systems is an advantage
- Valid UAE experience preferred
