Job Overview
Job Title: Joinery Production Supervisor / Foreman
Location: Sharjah UAE
Industry: Interior Fit-Out | Joinery Manufacturing
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a hands-on Joinery Production Supervisor / Foreman to manage factory floor operations
, ensure high productivity
, and achieve on-time delivery of joinery works as per project schedules.
- Supervise daily joinery production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets and dispatch timelines are strictly achieved
- Manage carpenters, machine operators, polishers, and helpers
- Monitor output vs. plan and take immediate corrective action
- Control material usage, wastage, and rework
- Prepare cutting lists from approved shop drawings
- Plan material optimization to minimize MDF & board wastage
- Ensure proper execution of:
- Cutting
- Edge banding
- Assembly
- Veneer/laminate pressing
- Painting & polishing
- Coordinate with Production Manager, Design, and Projects teams
- Maintain quality standards and factory safety (HSE)
- Prepare daily production productivity and progress reports
- Ensure tool, machine, and workplace discipline
- Manpower Productivity
- On-Time Production & Dispatch
- Quality Compliance
- Material & Waste Control
- Factory Discipline & Safety
- 10–15 years experience in joinery factory supervision
- Strong knowledge of:
- MDF, veneered panels, laminate, solid wood
- Edge banding, CNC, panel saw, spray finishing
- Proven ability to manage shop floor manpower & deadlines
- Ability to read production/shop drawings
- Strong leadership and reporting skills
- UAE experience preferred
