Production Assistant-Fragrance

Our client is a leading fragrance and essential oils production firm based in sharjah,

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials for fragrance production.
• Helping in the blending and mixing processes, following strict formulas and safety protocols.
• Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies.
• Coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients and materials.
• Conducting inspections of products during and after production to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.
• Reporting any production or quality issues to supervisors or quality control teams.
• Helping in the packaging of fragrance products, ensuring accuracy and consistency in labeling.
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies regarding the handling of chemicals, solvents, and other materials.
• Assisting in the preparation of orders for shipment, ensuring products are packed securely and labeled correctly.

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (experience in fragrance or cosmetics industry is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and formulas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of machinery operation (training will be provided).
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
