Let’s give you a quick sneak peek into the life of Maintenance TechnicianJoin a fast paced production environment where you’ll operate and maintain advanced packing and processing machines. You’ll ensure optimal performance, reliability and safety of our production and utility equipment. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and experienced in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems in an industrial environment.
Things you will be doing as Maintenance Technician- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults in production lines
- Reporting of Machine breakdowns.
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety and quality standards (5S, GMP, ISO).
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and assist in inventory management.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in FMCG, Food, Packaging, or Manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of PLC‑based systems, sensors, drives, and automation equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
- Good understanding of safety practices, lockout‑tagout, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and reporting.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Should have a DAE Mechanical, Electrical, or Equivalent Degree from a reputed organization.
- Basic knowledge and expertise of MS Word and Excel.
