Key Responsibilities
* Take full operational ownership of Zoho Books after external implementation.
* Lead the monthly closing process and explain monthly results to management.
* Train and onboard bookkeepers into the implemented accounting structure.
* Maintain clean audit trails and supporting documentation for compliance.
* Take over selected administrative and coordination tasks from the CEO.
* Coordinate between accounting, management, and external service providers.## Requirements
* Hands-on experience with modern accounting systems (Zoho, Odoo, or similar).
* Ability to work independently and responsibly.
* Clear, structured thinking and practical use of ChatGPT/AI tools.
* Strong English communication (Urdu/Hindi is a plus).
