The Maintenance Assistant is a crucial team member responsible for supporting the maintenance operations within an organization or facility. • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and operational efficiency.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance tools and equipment for immediate availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during maintenance activities.
• Help in coordinating with external vendors for specialized repair and maintenance services.
• Document maintenance activities and provide detailed reports to supervisors as needed.
• Replace worn or damaged parts to avoid system failures and downtime.
• Assist in emergency repair works during machinery breakdowns or facility issues.
• Participate in training programs to improve maintenance skills and knowledge.
• Support in the setup and teardown of facilities for special events or operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for application.
• Previous experience in maintenance or related field is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to effectively troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Good physical condition, capable of lifting heavy weights and performing manual tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
