Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of painters in various painting projects.
• Implement painting techniques to achieve desired results on different surfaces.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of steel structure painting and ensure the application of best practices.
• Demonstrate expertise in putty application, rust removal, cleaning, and other preparatory tasks.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all painting projects.
• Manage and coordinate painting schedules, ensuring timely project completion.
  
  Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Uphold safety standards and regulations, promoting a secure working environment.
• Monitor and control project budgets, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Painting Foreman or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of steel structure painting is a must.
• Good knowledge of putty application, rust removal, cleaning, etc.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and client management abilities.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights or in confined spaces, as needed.
