Urgent requirement for Digital Banking & ATM Operations Specialist- end-to-end ATM management is required for our banking client in Sharjah ,UAE
The Digital Channels Coordinator (ATM) is responsible for managing and supporting ATM-related operational activities and projects. The role also ensures smooth integration and operational alignment between ATM operations and digital banking channels.
Key Responsibilities- ATM Upgrades & Changes
- Coordinate ATM installations, upgrades, replacements, and relocations.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new ATM features or compliance-driven changes.
- Assist with enhancements such as deposit modules, biometric features, UI changes, or authentication integrations.
- Digital Channels Support
- Resolve issues where ATM card status or failed ATM transactions impact online banking or mobile banking channels.
- Support Internet Banking (IB) complaints, including password resets, token issues, and card linking problems.
- Coordinate ATM and IB-related downtime issues with relevant internal teams.
- Vendor & Internal Coordination
- Liaise with ATM vendors, network providers, mall management, and security companies.
- Collaborate with IT, COPS, Admin, Retail Banking, and Digital Channels teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Project Support
- Assist in ATM-related projects and system enhancements.
- Provide reporting and analytics for project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- In-depth knowledge of ATM operations and functional processes.
- Strong understanding of digital banking channels (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking) and their dependency on ATM systems.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, including exposure to ATM operations.
- Prior project experience in ATM or digital banking initiatives is mandatory.
