Overview
We have an urgent requirement for Oracle Fusion FDI & Data Analytics Integration Specialist for a banking client in Sharjah.
Responsibilities- At least two full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) – end-to-end implementation, dashboards, OTBI/BI Publisher
- Strong experience in SQL, ETL, data validation, Fusion module and external system integration
- Strong experience in integrating Fusion modules (HCM, ERP, SCM, PPM) for reporting and analytics
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data validation, and reconciliation techniques
- Experience designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Ability to connect, extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources, including Oracle Fusion modules (Financials, PPM, SCM, HCM) and external systems
- Experience with semantic data modeling, data pipelines, and analytical solution architecture
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices in analytics
- Conducting SIT and UAT for FDI dashboards and analytics
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable BI and analytics solutions
- Develop custom KPIs and executive dashboards, including C-level reporting
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Construction and Real Estate industry processes and reporting needs
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Ability to prioritize workload, plan, and organize tasks efficiently
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders
- Ownership of personal performance goals and ongoing skill enhancement
- 5–8 years of Oracle Fusion end-to-end implementation experience
- At least two successful implementations in the Construction and Real Estate industry
