Overview

We have an urgent requirement for Oracle Fusion FDI & Data Analytics Integration Specialist for a banking client in Sharjah.

Responsibilities
  • At least two full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) – end-to-end implementation, dashboards, OTBI/BI Publisher
  • Strong experience in SQL, ETL, data validation, Fusion module and external system integration
  • Strong experience in integrating Fusion modules (HCM, ERP, SCM, PPM) for reporting and analytics
Technical Skills
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data validation, and reconciliation techniques
  • Experience designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
  • Ability to connect, extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources, including Oracle Fusion modules (Financials, PPM, SCM, HCM) and external systems
  • Experience with semantic data modeling, data pipelines, and analytical solution architecture
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices in analytics
  • Conducting SIT and UAT for FDI dashboards and analytics
Business & Industry Skills
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable BI and analytics solutions
  • Develop custom KPIs and executive dashboards, including C-level reporting
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of Construction and Real Estate industry processes and reporting needs
Soft Skills & Self-Management
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Ability to prioritize workload, plan, and organize tasks efficiently
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders
  • Ownership of personal performance goals and ongoing skill enhancement
Experience Requirements
  • 5–8 years of Oracle Fusion end-to-end implementation experience
  • At least two successful implementations in the Construction and Real Estate industry
