We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant with strong expertise in financial modules to join our team.

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with a focus on financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Expense, Project Accounting, etc.).
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into D365 solutions.
• Provide expert-level guidance on financial best practices and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, create functional design documents, and support technical teams during development.
• Manage and execute data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with D365 F&O financial modules.
• Proven experience leading multiple end‑to‑end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and enterprise reporting.
• Skilled in creating functional documentation and training materials.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing industries is an advantage.
